The Jews have the Torah and the Mitzvot prescribed by the Torah The Jews have to pass a subset of the knowledge of Torah to the non-Jews in the form of the 7-laws of Noah. Consider a kind of an analog to a game of American football. The Jews are the Quarterbacks that received the Torah vertically from G-D, and should pass it forward an horizontally to the rest of the world, the same way as a Quarterback passes the ball to the players running forward. We ALL should run towards the GOAL and we all together shall WIN! with the help of the ALMIGHTY!
